Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your rental reservation and 15 minutes before your tour. This will ensure we have enough time to show you the required safety video and go over proper operation of the equipment. If you arrive late, the pre-departure orientation time will be deducted from your rental time.

Follow Google maps to 18 Dunham’s Bay Rd. Lake George NY. to unload your belongings. You will then be directed to Free parking available across the street from the marina entrance (Dunham’s Bay Boat and Beach Club) on Alexy Lane, on the hotel side of the street facing the lake.

Yes! We take our cleaning procedures very seriously. All boats are deeply cleaned and sanitized at the beginning of the day, between each trip, and again overnight.

For hourly rentals the initial full tank of gas is included in your prepayment. If you reserve a longer rental and need additional gas, that is your responsibility.

For multi day rentals you are required to refill the tank upon return.

Prior to departing, we will go over the boat for any pre-existing damages. We will do the same walk-around upon your return. Any damage incurred during your rental is your full responsibility. Payment for any damages is due immediately.

Unfortunately, We can not allow any animals on the boats.

We will place a temporary hold of $1,000, which serves as a security deposit for your rental. As long as there is no damage incurred during your rental or missing equipment, the full deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Cancellation for a full refund is permitted up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. After such time we will always try to reschedule your booking if possible. Refunds will only be issued if booking is cancelled by Custom Boat Tours.
